Sales and Growth Expert
We are a company focused on the Future of Collaboration. As an Atlassian Solution Partner, we are looking for a Sales and Growth Expert who will be responsible for selling our Atlassian-related services (consulting, training, Atlassian product licensing, maturity analysis) and contributing to business development. The position will start on a contract basis, with the potential to transition to part-time and eventually full-time.
Job description
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of sales experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• B2B sales experience and presentation skills
• Excellent listening skills and strong interpersonal abilities
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Time management and planning skills, self-discipline, and a results-oriented mindset
• Experience with Atlassian, Jira, and other collaboration tools
• Analytical ability
• Ability to travel and drive
• Commitment to transparency, teamwork, and agility values
• Creative, confident, bold, proactive, initiative-taker with a focus on information security and confidentiality
Working Conditions:
• Contract-based start, with potential transition to part-time and eventually full-time
